what is photo day?
Photo Day is where BPO+ would come to the school and take individual photos of each player and staff member. Each player and staff member will take traditional poses that will be used for a composited team photo and d various other graphics. Players will also be able to take a couple of freestyle poses as well. All of these photos will be used over the course of the season for various graphics (if graphics services are purchased). Photo Day does come with a Schedule and Team Photo graphic. Parents and Athletes will be able to purchase these photos (digitally and for print) on BPO+'s website. The school IS NOT allowed to share the photos with the players. The photos can either be taken on a studio backdrop or on the court/field. Whichever the school desires. There will be no group photos unless specified before the quote has been made. However, basketball will be able to take a traditional team photo on the court.
do you offer prints?
Yes, I do offer prints in various sizes, which can be viewed on my website and ordered. Prints will be printed in a professional print lab by Pixieset and mailed to the parents. I also offer vinyl poster banners in two sizes: 36in W x 54in H (half wall size) $75 and 48in W x 72in H (full wall size) $100. Both posters include the design that was used.
what type of payment do you accept?
BPO+ only accepts check or debit/credit card (card service will be added if used). a quote will be sent with details of what services you are wanting completed. you will have 30 days to complete the quote. payment must be paid in full. please contact if you need to arrange a payment plan.
graphic design
Graphics will be made a week ahead and ready for posting. The school MUST have an auto publishing software (Hootsuite, Later, etc.) in order for BPO+ to post the items. The school must provide all information needed for graphics (sponsors list, roster, birthdays, schedule)
do you travel?
BPO+ Sports does travel, though there will be a travel fee added.
what if i don't want my players to have to pay for any photos?
If you want to be able to grant your players full access to photos from Photo Day or in-game photos, you can pay a convenience fee.

what do you mean by adding an additional team?
If you want graphic services for another team, then it's an additional up-charge. For example, if you want graphic services done for 8th grade, but you also want your 7th grade team too, it would be a $100 up-charge. The program would have gameday posts with both 7th and 8th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade schedule post, as well as final score post.
